Oil leaks, misfires, timing chain rattles and head gaskets – BMW N-series and B-series engines and every other make.
From a leaking valve cover or oil filter housing gasket to a stretched timing chain or a full engine overhaul, we do the work in-house. We sort out misfires, coils and injectors, VANOS and Valvetronic faults, replace timing chains and guides with the correct locking tools, and repair head gaskets and cylinder heads.

A burning smell after a drive often means oil is dripping onto the exhaust. An oil filter housing leak can also contaminate the auxiliary belt – fix it before it causes bigger damage.
Rattle on cold start

A few seconds of rattle on start-up is often the timing chain. Ignoring it can let the chain jump a tooth – which can destroy the engine. Let us listen to it.
