Leigh’s Auto Clinic is an independent workshop at 70 Queen Street in Cambridge, East London. We specialise in BMW – servicing, diagnostics, repairs and new & used BMW spares – and we look after every other make too: cars, bakkies, SUVs and LDVs, petrol and diesel.
We call it a clinic for a reason. Every car is checked in, examined and diagnosed properly before anything is replaced. You get a clear explanation and a written treatment plan – the quote – and nothing happens until you have said yes.
Whether it is an oil service on a 3 Series, a drivetrain warning on an X5 or new brakes on the family Corolla, you deal with people who care about getting it right – and who will still be here the next time your car needs us.

- Updates as we go If we find something else, we call or message you before doing anything extra.
- Your old parts on request Ask and we will show you – or give you – the parts we replaced.
